Free Printable Birthday Cards

These printables are a great way to save a bit of money (they're free), be kinder to the environment (no packaging or shipping) and they are a fun way to let someone know you're thinking of them on their birthday!

Some of these birthday cards are half page size (1 card per page), others are quarter size (2 cards per page). They can be printed on regular or heavy stock paper and cut out. For best results you will probably need to adjust your printer to remove the default header and footer text, and adjust print margins.
